Cookie Dough Pancakes Recipe

Step aside chocolate chip and blueberry pancakes, these cookie dough cakes are our new favorite.

How To Make Cookie Dough Pancakes

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tbsp. canola oil
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together condensed milk, milk, vanilla, eggs, and oil.

  3. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the well and whisk together to create a thick batter.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-low.
  7. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet.

  8. Cook pancakes until browned.
  9. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  10. Top with chocolate chips.
