30 Minute Pressure-Cooker Pot Roast Recipe

This pressure cooker pot roast meal will provide a savory comfort dish in under 30 minutes. Roast beef and potatoes ready in record time!

How To Make 30 Minute Pressure-Cooker Pot Roast

A platter of fine and meaty chuck roast beef meet tendered with the use of a pressure cooker. This dish serves along with soft golden potatoes.

  • 2 lb chuck roast beef
  • 1 onion (peeled and sliced thin)
  • ½ lb golden potatoes (quartered)
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1 tsp steak seasoning
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  1. Slice your roast along fat lines and sprinkle with steak seasoning.
  2. Once seasoned, place into base of Microwave Pressure Cooker.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk flour your flour together with your beef stock and pour this mixture into the pressure cooker also.
  4. Finally, add the remaining ingredients and seal your cooker.
  5. Microwave your cooker on high power 30 minutes.
  6. Then, remove it from your microwave and allow it to release its built up naturally.
  7. Be sure to wait until red pressure indicator fully lowers, about 10 minutes, before opening.
  8. Let beef rest 5 minutes before slicing, then serve.
