  • 2 cups sliced button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

  2. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until tender and lightly browned.

  3. Add minced garlic and fresh thyme leaves, and cook for one minute.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly until the sauce has thickened.
