How To Make Pomegranate Molasses Glaze

This glaze is perfect for adding a sweet and tangy flavor to meats or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate molasses
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together all ingredients.

  2. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil.

  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until mixture has thickened and reduced by half.

  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before using as desired.
