How To Make Honey and Pineapple Glaze Recipe

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt and pepper.

  2. Whisk in cornstarch until dissolved.

  3. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

  4. Brush glaze onto meat during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
