How To Make Classic Caesar Salad

A refreshing salad with crispy romaine lettuce, garlicky croutons, and a creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup of croutons
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper, until well combined.

  3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
