How To Make Keto Shrimp and Cabbage Stir-Fry Recipe
A low-carb dish of succulent shrimp sauteed with crunchy cabbage and flavored with garlic and ginger.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger, and saute for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the chicken broth and soy sauce to the skillet, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the liquid has reduced.

Return the shrimp to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
