How To Make Keto Shrimp and Cauliflower Rice Recipe
A delicious low-carb dish of succulent shrimp and tender cauliflowers that has all the flavor without the guilt.

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 4 cups cauliflower rice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the cauliflower rice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the cauliflower rice is tender.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to combine with the cauliflower rice.
