Ingredients
- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the butter and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and lemon juice to the skillet, reduce heat and simmer to thicken, about 2 minutes.
