How To Make Keto Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry Recipe

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp. erythritol

Instructions

  1. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through.
  4. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the broccoli florets to the same skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, and erythritol.
  7. Add the shrimp back to the skillet with the broccoli and pour the sauce over everything.
  8. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the sauce is heated through and everything is well coated.
  9. Serve hot.
