How To Make Chinese Cabbage and Shrimp Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small head Chinese cabbage, sliced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir until evenly coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Once heated, add onion and garlic, and cook until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until pink.

Add the sliced cabbage, chicken broth, oyster sauce, and salt.

Continue to stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.

Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
