Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil, garlic, and ginger and cook until fragrant.

  2. Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve hot.
