How To Make Keto Fish and Broccoli Stir-Fry Recipe

A delicious and healthy stir-fry recipe made with fish and broccoli, perfect for a keto diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of fish fillets
  • 4 cups of broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp of ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and coat them with salt and pepper.

  2. Steam the broccoli florets for 5-7 minutes or until tender.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add the fish fillets to the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until they turn slightly brown on both sides.

  5. Add the steamed broccoli, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until everything is well combined.
