How To Make Keto Shrimp and Bacon Skewers Recipe

Grilled skewers with juicy shrimp and crispy bacon that fit perfectly into a keto diet.

  • 1 lb large uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 strips of bacon, cut in half
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 skewers


  1. Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes

  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat

  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder

  4. Wrap each shrimp with a half strip of bacon, then thread onto skewers

  5. Brush with olive oil

  6. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp is cooked through and bacon is crispy
