- 1 (2 lb) pork loin roast
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.

Place pork roast in a roasting pan and brush with the teriyaki-pineapple glaze.

Roast for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with the glaze.

Brush the pork roast with any remaining glaze and increase oven temperature to 425°F. Roast for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
