How To Make Mongolian BBQ Stir-Fried Rice Recipe

Flavorful, satisfying stir-fried rice with tender beef, crisp veggies and the signature taste of Mongolian BBQ sauce.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked white rice
  • 1 pound of beef sirloin, sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 cup of snow peas
  • 1/2 cup of Mongolian BBQ sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or large skillet on high heat with 1 tablespoon of oil.

  2. Add beef to the hot wok and stir-fry until browned, around 3-4 minutes. Remove beef from the wok and set it aside.

  3. Add another tablespoon of oil to the wok and add sliced onion and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  4. Add snow peas to the wok and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.

  5. Add in the cooked rice and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

  6. Add Mongolian BBQ sauce to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute.

  7. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve hot.
