How To Make Mongolian Rice Bowl Recipe

A hearty rice bowl marinated with Mongolian sauce and topped with sauteed veggies and protein.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked brown rice
  • 1 lb of protein (beef, chicken, tofu, or shrimp)
  • 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup of sliced onions
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of Mongolian sauce
  • 1 tbsp of oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate protein in Mongolian sauce for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute sliced veggies for 5 minutes.

  3. Add marinated protein and cook for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked.

  4. Serve hot on a bed of cooked rice.
