  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

Instructions

  1. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and drain.

  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add red pepper flakes and stir for 30 seconds.

  5. Add green beans and stir for 2 minutes.

  6. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce and stir for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  7. Serve hot.
