- 1 lb. enoki mushrooms, rinsed and trimmed
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil.

Add mushrooms, garlic, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
