How To Make Clean Eating Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe
A healthy stir-fry recipe with succulent shrimp and fresh veggies cooked in a clean, delicious sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp of coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp of honey
- salt and pepper to taste
- sliced green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.

Add bell peppers and broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix coconut aminos, honey, salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
