How To Make Clean Eating Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe

A healthy stir-fry recipe with succulent shrimp and fresh veggies cooked in a clean, delicious sauce.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp of coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sliced green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds.

  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add bell peppers and broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, mix coconut aminos, honey, salt and pepper.

  6. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
