Ingredients
- 1 pack of enoki mushrooms, trimmed and separated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions

In a pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

Add the enoki mushrooms and sauté for a minute.
