How To Make Ramen Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups of shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup of sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions

Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Discard the seasoning packets.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked ramen noodles, shredded cabbage, carrot, green onions, sliced almonds, and sesame seeds.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey to make the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
