How To Make Ramen Burger

Preparation: 30 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
Total: 50 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion

Instructions

  1. Cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.

  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and soy sauce. Mix until well combined.

  3. Divide the ground beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  5. While the patties are cooking, mold the cooled ramen noodles into bun shapes.

  6. In a separate skillet, heat a small amount of vegetable oil over medium heat. Cook the ramen bun for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until crispy.

  7. Place a slice of cheese on top of each burger patty and let it melt.

  8. Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked ramen buns on the bottom, followed by the burger patty with melted cheese, and any desired toppings.

  9. Serve the Ramen Burgers immediately and enjoy!
