Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 200g crab meat
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are tender.

  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked.

  5. Add the cooked rice, crab meat, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and pepper to the pan. Stir-fry everything together for 5 minutes, ensuring that the rice and crab meat are well coated with the sauces.

  6. garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
