  • 8 oz. bow tie pasta
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

  3. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally.

  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the spinach. Toss to combine.

  5. Add the feta cheese and stir until melted and evenly distributed.

  6. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using), to taste.

  7. Serve immediately.
