How To Make Bow Tie Pasta with Mushroom Alfredo
Creamy mushroom Alfredo sauce over bow tie pasta is the perfect meal to impress your dinner guests.

Ingredients
- 16 oz. bow tie pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are tender and browned.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook the sauce for 5-7 minutes until it begins to thicken.

Add the grated parmesan cheese to the pan and stir until it melts completely. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
