How To Make Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

A great alfredo recipe is always great to have. This version has chicken, broccoli, and a creamy sauce of heavy cream, parmesan, and whole milk.

  • 3chicken breasts,cubed
  • 6tbspbutter
  • ½cupflour
  • 2tspgarlic powder
  • 1tspsalt
  • 1tsppepper
  • cupssilk coconut milk
  • 1cupparmesan cheese,shredded
  • 2cupsbroccoli florets
  • 1lbbow tie pasta


  1. Cook chicken in a large pan until coked through. Remove from pan.

  2. Cook pasta according to package/box instructions.

  3. Cook broccoli florets according to package instructions and set aside.

  4. Add butter and flour to your pan and bring to a roux.

  5. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add 2½ cups Silk Coconut milk and stir until sauce thickens.

  6. Add chicken, broccoli and pasta. Add Parmesan cheese right before serving.
