  • 1onion,chopped
  • 6eggs,beaten
  • 1tspsalt
  • 10large shrimp,cooked
  • ¼cupcocktail sauce


  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; saute onion until translucent for about 5 to 10 minutes. Add eggs to onion and season with salt.

  2. Cook and stir until eggs are set for about 5 minutes. Stir shrimp and cocktail sauce into eggs and cook until warm.
