Hibachi Steak (Benihana Copycat)
Recreate Benihana's hibachi steak in this easy recipe using sirloin steaks and mushrooms, made flavorful with soy sauce and Chinese wine.

Ingredients
- 20 oz sirloin steaks , cut into 4 steaks
- 8 large mushrooms, sliced thick
For Steak Marinade:
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- ½ tsp sesame oil, toasted
- 4 tsp soybean oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions

Prepare steak marinade, and place meat in the marinade for at least 1 hour before cooking. Remove steak from marinade and cut it into bite-size pieces.

Heat a skillet to medium-high add oil, and then steak pieces. When the steak pieces are close to being cooked through, add a little more of the soybean oil then add mushrooms.

Season steak and mushrooms with salt and pepper.
