
How To Make Avocado Taquitos
Avocado taquitos are made with only four ingredients. Corn tortillas are filled with avocado and cheese then fried until crispy outside and creamy inside.

Ingredients
- 6corn tortillas
- 2medium avocados
- ¾cupMexican blend cheese
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Add oil to a frying pan and place on medium heat.

Add avocados, cheese, salt and pepper to a bow and mix well. Spoon about ¼ cup into the middle of each corn tortilla. Roll up and place seam-side down in oil.

Cook on both sides until golden. Place on paper towel-lined plate to allow excess oil to drip off.
