How To Make Avocado Taquitos

Avocado taquitos are made with only four ingredients. Corn tortillas are filled with avocado and cheese then fried until crispy outside and creamy inside.

Ingredients

  • 6corn tortillas
  • 2medium avocados
  • ¾cupMexican blend cheese
  • salt and pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Add oil to a frying pan and place on medium heat.

  2. Add avocados, cheese, salt and pepper to a bow and mix well. Spoon about ¼ cup into the middle of each corn tortilla. Roll up and place seam-side down in oil.

  3. Cook on both sides until golden. Place on paper towel-lined plate to allow excess oil to drip off.

  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
