Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 can of sardines in olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Handful of spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Pit and dice the avocado, then mix it with lime juice, salt and pepper.

  2. Open the can of sardines, remove any bones, and mash the fish with a fork.

  3. Assemble the wrap by laying down a whole wheat wrap, spreading the avocado mixture on top, then adding a spoonful of sardines, some sliced onion, and a handful of spinach leaves.

  4. Roll the wrap tightly and serve.
