How To Make Slow Cooker Shredded Beef

Take out your slow cooker to cook up this flavorful shredded beef! It works amazingly on tacos and burritos for a filling meal.

  • 4lbsbeef chuck roastboneless
  • 2oztaco seasoning
  • 1onionhalved and sliced
  • 1tspseasoned saltor more to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the beef roast in the crock of a slow cooker.

  2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef, then top with the onion slices.

  3. Cook on Low 8 to 10 hours.

  4. Move the beef to a cutting board, then shred with a pair of forks.

  5. Return beef to the slow cooker, then season with seasoned salt.
