  • 1yellow onionchopped
  • 20ozRanch Style beansdrained
  • 4cupsFritos chips
  • 20ozenchilada sauce
  • 2cupscheddar cheeseshredded
  • green onionssliced, optional


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Put the ground beef and onions in a large skillet on medium high heat.

  3. Cook the beef and onions for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through then layer the meat in the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan.

  4. Add the beans on top followed by the enchilada sauce, cheese, and chips.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes uncovered and garnish with green onions if desired.
