Juicy and flavorful pork cooked in a low-carb teriyaki sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Swerve Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions

Season pork with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, Swerve brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Add pork and cook until browned, around 3-5 minutes each side.

Add in the teriyaki sauce and stir to combine.

Cook until the sauce thickens, around 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
