Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • sesame seeds and sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic. Reserve half of the mixture.

  3. Brush chicken breasts with remaining soy sauce mixture and grill for 6-8 minutes per side, until cooked through.

  4. In a small saucepan, whisk together reserved soy sauce mixture, cornstarch, and water. Heat over medium heat until sauce thickens.

  5. Brush thickened sauce onto grilled chicken breasts and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
