How To Make Keto Beef Burgers

A low-carb, high-protein burger patty that’s perfect for a keto diet!

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 leaves butter lettuce
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp sugar-free ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, minced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. Form meat mixture into 4 equal patties about 1 inch thick.

  4. Cook patties on grill or skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  5. Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and allow to melt.

  6. Serve each patty on a lettuce leaf with a slice of tomato, 1 tbsp of mayonnaise, and 1 tbsp of sugar-free ketchup.
