How To Make Keto Beef Burgers
A low-carb, high-protein burger patty that’s perfect for a keto diet!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 leaves butter lettuce
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
Instructions

Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, minced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Form meat mixture into 4 equal patties about 1 inch thick.

Cook patties on grill or skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and allow to melt.

Serve each patty on a lettuce leaf with a slice of tomato, 1 tbsp of mayonnaise, and 1 tbsp of sugar-free ketchup.
