How To Make Diabetic BBQ Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of reduced-sugar BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, until almost done.

  4. Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the chicken and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.

  5. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
