Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, raisins, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together applesauce, honey, coconut oil, and egg.

  4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.

  5. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop dough onto a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
