Welcome the sunny morning with this frosty watermelon lemonade. Add fresh-squeezed lemon juice to the watermelon puree and serve over ice.

  • 1cuplemon juice,fresh-squeezed
  • 2cupsfresh watermelon puree,strained through a coarse strainer to remove seeds
  • ½cupsimple syrup,created by boiling ¼ water and ¼ sugar together until sugar is dissolved
  • 2cupscold water

Instructions

  1. Stir everything together and serve over ice.  Feel free to garnish with lemon or watermelon slices, and/or mint.
