Instructions

  1. Wash the coriander leaves thoroughly and chop them roughly.

  2. In a blender, add the coriander leaves and water. Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain the juice using a sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.

  4. Add lemon juice and honey to the strained juice. Stir well to combine.
