- 1cupsugar
- 1cupfresh lime juice
- 1tsplime zest,(about 1 lime)
- water,for serving
Instructions

Combine water, sugar, and lime juice in a saucepan.

Stir over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool completely.

Stir in lime zest. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

To serve, combine equal parts lime juice mixture and water over ice.
