Total: 12 mins
Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 can frozen berry juice mix
  • 24 fresh raspberries
  • 2 qt water
  • 1 ⅓ cups sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cups fresh lemon juice
  • 8 lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Pour berry juice concentrate into a pitcher. Add water according to package directions.

  2. Stir with a spoon until well mixed. Pour the juice into 2 ice cube trays.

  3. Add a raspberry to each section of the ice cube tray. Place trays in the freezer to make berry ice cubes.

  4. In a large pot, mix water with sugar. Stir the mixture and bring to a boil.

  5. When the mixture is boiling, reduce heat to simmer and cook until the sugar is dissolved, for about 2 minutes. Remove pot from the heat.
