How To Make Flavored Water

Refresh the body with a cold glass of flavored water. Choose your own fruits and herbs to make this drink delicious with the right balance of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2cupsfruit
  • 2sprigsherbs
  • 3cupsice
  • water to fill pitcher

Instructions

  1. Place fruit and herbs in a 2-quart pitcher along with approximately 1 cup of water.

  2. Using a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon, slightly crush the herbs and fruit to release the flavors.

  3. Add ice and fill the pitcher with water.

  4. Allow flavors to steep for about 1 to 2 hours and enjoy!
