How To Make Chia Watermelon Fresca

This watermelon fresca made with refreshing watermelon and soft chia seeds will surely quench your thirst! Stir up a cold glass in just 5 minutes.

  • cupswatermelon cubes,seedless
  • 3tbspwater
  • 1tbspchia seeds
  • 1lime slice,to garnish
  • mint sprig,to garnish
  • ice


  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon and water, then puree until smooth.

  2. Stir in the chia seeds, then let them sit for about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir again, and let sit for as long as desired, or as long as the seeds become more gel-like.

  4. Pour into a glass over ice, then garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
