How To Make Frozen Strawberry Margarita

Our frozen strawberry margarita recipe is the best drink to help you cool down on a hot day! It’s made with zesty juices for a more refreshing drink.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2ozblanco tequila,or agave tequila
  • ozlime juice,fresh
  • 1ozorange juice,fresh
  • 1tspagave nectar,or sweetener, to taste
  • ½cupfrozen strawberries,preferably organic
  • ½cupice cubes

For Salted Rims:

  • 2tspkosher salt
  • small lime wedge

Instructions

  1. Pour the salt onto a very small plate. Run a small wedge of lime around the upper outer rim of the glass.

  2. Roll the dampened rim into the salt mixture. Set the glass aside, then repeat as necessary.

  3. In a blender, combine the tequila, lime juice, orange juice, agave nectar or sweetener, strawberries, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

  4. Taste and add more a bit more agave nectar if necessary, then blend again.

  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses.

  6. Add a few ice cubes to the glasses for a colder drink, serve, and enjoy!
