Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 quail’s eggs
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it in a tart pan.

In a bowl, lightly beat the quail’s eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion. Sauté for 5 minutes until slightly cooked.

Pour the beaten quail’s eggs over the puff pastry.

Arrange the sautéed vegetables on top of the quail’s eggs.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the eggs are set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
