Ingredients
- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp dried lavender flowers
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Place the tart shell on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, honey, dried lavender flowers, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Spread the lavender & honey cream evenly over the cooled tart shell.

Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cream.
