Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp dried lavender flowers
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Place the tart shell on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, honey, dried lavender flowers, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

  4. Spread the lavender & honey cream evenly over the cooled tart shell.

  5. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cream.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
