How To Make Dum Adai Indian Tart

Ingredients
- 1½cupssemolina
- ½cupplain flour
- 1egg
- ½cupghee
- 1½cupscoconut milkthick
- 2cupspowdered sugar
- 1tspcardamom powder
Greasing:
- ghee
- plain flour
Garnish:
- 10cashewssliced
- 10pistachiossliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C for 10 mins.

Soak semolina and plain flour in coconut milk for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, mix powdered sugar, egg, ghee and cardamom in the soaked coconut milk with semolina and plain flour. Mix well with a spatula and make sure there are no lumps.

Grease the egg tart mould with some ghee and sprinkle it with a little bit of plain flour. Then, pour the batter into the tart moulds.

Bake at 180 degrees C for 25 mins.

Let cool and serve.
