Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of flour
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of butter, melted
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.

In a bowl, toss the apple slices with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice until well coated.

Arrange the apple slices on top of the puff pastry, overlapping them slightly.

Brush the melted butter over the apples and sprinkle with additional sugar if desired.
