Ingredients
- 1 sheet of ready-rolled puff pastry
- 1 courgette, thinly sliced
- 100g cooked ham, diced
- 150g ricotta cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4 equal rectangles. Place them on a lined baking sheet.

Spread a layer of ricotta cheese onto each rectangle, leaving a border around the edges.

Top the ricotta with sliced courgette and diced ham. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the courgette is cooked.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
